David Cameron has suggested that the Russian President and the head of Islamic State support a British exit from the European Union.
Addressing an audience in London, the Prime Minister asked, “Who would be happy if we left?”
“Putin might be happy. I suspect Al-Bagdadi might be happy.”
The Prime Minister did not explain why Putin might be happy if Britain regained its sovereignty and took back control of its borders.
Nor did he explain why Al-Bagdadi would care which way the British “infidels” voted in this referendum.
Voters are left to trust that the Prime Minister would only make such a suggestion if he had good reason for believing it.
They are also left to wonder at how convenient it is that the baddies support the Leave Campaign – it makes it that bit easier for Remain.
Perhaps the Prime Minister also suspects that Kim Jong-un wants Jeremy Corbyn to become Prime Minister?
